When do orders ship?
Orders are placed within 24 hours and any orders placed after 12PM PDT Friday will not be shipped till Monday.
How do I know how much it will cost me?
When you have selected all the products that you wish to purchase continue on to checkout and enter all your shipping information. Once it has been entered you will be presented with options on shipping as well as costs.
Can I send the package to a different address?
Yes, you can. If there is a package you want sent to a different address please enter that information in when you checkout.
When can I expect my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation as well as a tracking number to be able to track your package.
With current challenges with COVID 19 expect delays when shipping any package.
Is there any other fees I can expect?
Unfortunately, there can always be unexpected fees such as custom clearance costs, import duties, fees, and taxes, this is not always the case, but can be when shipping anything internationally. Please check with your local post office for more information on local customs.
You will be informed about any costs upon arrival of your parcel if there is any. In many cases there are not but you should be aware of these costs.
Also be aware that custom costs are not included in shipping as this can vary between countries, if there are any.
